Petalmaker Studio Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Petalmaker Studio! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Please review this policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • custom-made products
  • Packaging Damage
  • Product Damage Or Used
  • Discounted Items
  • Items sold for more than 15 days

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at petalmaker2024@gmail.com or +64 21 812 900 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

1.4 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item).

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

2.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account within 3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.3 Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is returned, we will issue a partial refund for the returned items.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
